(Fulltime 40 hours/week, hybrid)

The main goal of the role is to support our key accounts, develop new ones, and enhance client relationships according to the company strategy.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Quote, manage, and invoice projects on a day-to-day basis
  • Provide client support and manage the client experience
  • Search, assess, develop, and close sales opportunities
  • Build, maintain and expand a network in relevant fields of business
  • Find leads; develop new client relationships via internet research, events, trade shows, and warm calling
  • Educate clients on the solutions that Crestec Europe offers
  • Control the cost, revenue, and profit of your accounts

Essential skills and experience required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum two years of experience in an international sales environment, preferably in the field of translation, audio-visual media and/or printing
  • Affinity with Crestec Europe’s mission is to add value to the communication efforts of our clients by offering great translation, printing and audio-visual solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal English and Japanese, Dutch and German are a plus
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Solid organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and schedule tasks and work in a team environment
  • Ability to work a minimum of 3 days/week in our office in Amsterdam
