Summary:
The main goal of the role is to support our key accounts, develop new ones, and enhance client relationships according to the company strategy.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Quote, manage, and invoice projects on a day-to-day basis
- Provide client support and manage the client experience
- Search, assess, develop, and close sales opportunities
- Build, maintain and expand a network in relevant fields of business
- Find leads; develop new client relationships via internet research, events, trade shows, and warm calling
- Educate clients on the solutions that Crestec Europe offers
- Control the cost, revenue, and profit of your accounts
Essential skills and experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum two years of experience in an international sales environment, preferably in the field of translation, audio-visual media and/or printing
- Affinity with Crestec Europe’s mission is to add value to the communication efforts of our clients by offering great translation, printing and audio-visual solutions
- Excellent written and verbal English and Japanese, Dutch and German are a plus
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
- Solid organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and schedule tasks and work in a team environment
- Ability to work a minimum of 3 days/week in our office in Amsterdam
