Printing Coordinator
(Full-time, Hybrid – 40 hrs/week)
About the Role
We are looking for a Printing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the printing processes, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality. You will support our key accounts and enhance client relationships according to the company strategy. Responsibilities:
• Coordinate printing work according to our Printing Process guidelines.
• Project management and administration of assigned printing projects.
• Planning / Procurement of printing materials and subcontracting of work.
• Managing logistic processes for road, sea and air freight.
• Troubleshooting for customers and suppliers.
• Do on site quality checks, domestic as well as international.
Requirements:
Education – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of professional and intellectual ability.
Experience – Minimum of 2 years of experience in the graphical industry, preferably in the field of printing.
Language skills – Excellent command of English and Dutch (written and spoken).
Computer skills – Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Adobe Creative Cloud is a pre.
Supply chain skills – Understanding of total supply chain solutions and/or e-commerce.
Valid working permit for the Netherlands – Required to apply.
Valid EU driving licence – Required.
Skills & Competencies:
Highly accurate & detail-oriented – You ensure no errors slip through.
Strong time management – You can multitask and organize various projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills – You have excellent communication skills and a strong professional attitude.

Supplier management – You can instruct and coordinate with external partners.
